You'll lead coach development and deliver best-in-class fitness experiences at a boutique studio, coaching 11 classes per week while supporting studio operations and community outreach.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach 11 classes per week as lead coach
• Develop and mentor a team of coaches
• Assist with day-to-day studio operations
• Lead outreach and marketing for client acquisition

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years group fitness experience
• Proficiency in G-Suite and MS Office
• Ability to lift/carry 30 lbs
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
