💼 About This Role

You'll work on mission critical financial systems at Agoda, a global online travel platform. You'll drive operational excellence and feature enhancements to support core financial processes. This Bangkok-based role offers relocation support and career development in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve operational roadblocks within SLA
• Administer BAU applications including provisioning, configurations, and maintenance
• Create and maintain process documentation such as SOPs and design documents
• Manage Service Requests and resolve system issues or bugs
• Act as subject matter expert for assigned finance systems

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, MIS, Accounting, or relevant discipline
• At least 1 year of experience in managing financial systems operations (ERP system)
• Basic knowledge and experience in SQL
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and technical writing skills

• Experience in project management using Agile or SDLC
• Experience working in data analytics
• Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP
• Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools
