🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end chargeback lifecycle for complex cases
• Analyze dispute data to identify root causes and trends
• Propose improvements to workflows and reduce manual effort
• Collaborate with FinCrime, Legal, and Product teams

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in chargeback management or payment operations
• Strong knowledge of EU regulations and consumer protection
• Proficiency in case management systems
• Advanced data analytics skills
