🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design and development of workflows using Flow Designer and integrations.
• Execute end-to-end delivery of enhancements across ITSM, CSM, or HR modules.
• Identify trends through root cause analysis to ensure platform stability.
• Consult with delivery teams on technical designs and conduct code reviews.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years as a ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Flow Designer, Script Includes, ACLs, and UI Policies.
• Hands-on implementation in at least one core product: ITSM, CSM, ITOM, HR, or IRM.
• Proficiency in managing data migrations and building integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Transform Maps.
• Ability to translate abstract business requirements into technical roadmaps.
