You'll create and audit custom graphics for screen-printed sports apparel at Unrivaled Teamwear, a leader in custom teamwear. You'll manage a high volume of projects while ensuring quality and efficiency. This role offers the chance to work with a top US-based apparel manufacturer and gain deep screen-printing expertise.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Pull and self-assign projects from an online dashboard
• Produce custom designs for defined products and decoration processes
• Ensure designs follow brand standards and manufacturing requirements
• Manage orders to meet deadlines and save files correctly

📋 Requirements

• 2-4+ years of professional experience in apparel, screen-printing, or promotional products
• Degree in Commercial Art, Graphic Design, or Visual Communications
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator on Mac OS
• Excellent written and verbal English communication

• Experience with color separation for screens
