You'll design and optimize the infrastructure and processes that drive Braze's global talent acquisition function, acting as a strategic partner to TA leadership. Your core impact is building a scalable, efficient recruiting ecosystem with data-driven operational insights and system optimization. You'll lead a team while managing critical technology implementations for a high-growth company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and performance manage a team of 2+ direct reports.
• Own and optimize the end-to-end recruitment process for efficiency and standardization.
• Serve as primary system administrator for all TA technology (ATS, CRM, assessment tools).
• Partner with People Analytics to design dashboards and metrics for TA performance insights.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition Operations or People Operations with major implementations.
• Proven experience leading and managing direct reports (coordinators, analysts, or specialists).
• Expertise in TA systems like Greenhouse, Workday, Looker or similar platforms.
• Experience designing and implementing TA process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
