💼 About This Role

You'll join a fast-growing European consumer lifestyle and wellness brand, handling customer enquiries in German with care and professionalism. Your work will directly impact how the brand is perceived across the DACH region.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to customer enquiries via email and written channels in German.
• Resolve issues, complaints, and questions with empathy and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records and identify recurring issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless customer experiences.

📋 Requirements

• Native or fluent German speaker — all customer communication is in German.
• Proven customer service experience — you've done this before and are good at it.
• Excellent written German — clear, professional, and warm.
• Available to work CET business hours (Mon–Fri).
