💼 About This Role

You'll act as the CEO of your market, owning the full state P&L for Nabis, the leading cannabis wholesale platform. You'll lead a cross-functional team across operations, commercial, and compliance to make Nabis indispensable for brands and retailers in New York. This role offers the chance to build a market from the ground up during the adult-use ramp.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the full state P&L including revenue, margin, working capital, and headcount
• Lead end-to-end physical operations: warehousing, fleet, last-mile delivery
• Drive brand acquisition, retailer wallet share, and marketplace adoption
• Serve as primary liaison with state and local regulators
• Hire, develop, and lead a cross-functional team across ops, sales, and compliance

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressively senior leadership experience
• At least 3 years owning a meaningful P&L
• Experience running physical operations at scale (distribution, last-mile, warehousing)
• Marketplace fluency with understanding of supply-demand economics
• Regulated-industry experience (cannabis, alcohol, pharmaceuticals, etc.)

• Existing relationships in the cannabis ecosystem of the target market
