You'll own and optimize the company's web presence using WordPress and Elementor, driving conversion rate improvements through structured experiments. Your core impact will be shipping high-performing pages and improving site metrics. You'll collaborate with Creative, Copy, and SEO teams in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain landing pages in WordPress with Elementor.
• Run A/B tests to improve lead-to-deal conversion.
• Set up event tracking via Google Tag Manager and GA4.
• Iterate on layouts in Figma for optimal conversion.

📋 Requirements

• 4-7+ years owning web presence or CRO for high-growth brand.
• Expert-level experience with WordPress (Elementor) and Figma.
• Hands-on with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and heatmapping tools.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for customization.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with programmatic page generation and SEO templates.
• Working knowledge of Looker Studio, basic SQL, or Webflow.
• Experience collaborating on ad creative or video storyboards.
