You'll lead a team of Product Specialists helping law firms maximize use of Harvey's AI platform. Your core impact is driving adoption and retention for a cutting-edge legal AI product in EMEA. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and develop a team of Legal Engineers.
• Own post-implementation customer relationships from a legal engineering perspective.
• Act as senior escalation point for complex customer engagements.
• Partner with Account Management and Sales on expansion and retention.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years PQE as a qualified lawyer.
• Experience managing or mentoring a team.
• Deep familiarity with legal technology and AI tools.
• Strong commercial instincts and senior stakeholder engagement.

• Experience in a high-growth tech environment.
• Prior experience running client-facing training or workshops.
• Familiarity with Harvey's platform or similar AI tools.
