You will build and scale the core analytics infrastructure for a fast-growing Web3 technology company, designing and owning end-to-end data systems that transform raw operational, product, and business data into trusted insights. You'll collaborate closely with leadership to define key business metrics and ensure consistent reporting. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and evolve end-to-end analytics data pipelines.
• Design and build scalable, self-serve data products.
• Implement data quality, observability, and reliability frameworks.
• Develop and maintain key business analytics metrics.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in analytics engineering or similar data platform roles.
• Advanced SQL expertise for data modeling and transformation.
• Strong Python skills for data pipelines and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Airflow for workflow orchestration.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Metabase or similar BI tools.
• Understanding of SaaS metrics like funnels, retention, and CAC.
• Experience with operational and engineering data.
