Description

You will prepare payroll journal entries, reconcile balance sheets, process biweekly Canadian payroll, and support year-end compliance. This role helps ensure every employee is paid accurately and on time.

Requirements

• 3+ years of payroll accounting experience
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite and/or Blackline
• Understanding of US payroll compliance; Canadian payroll experience a strong plus
• Meticulous accuracy and ownership of details
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare payroll journal entries in NetSuite
• Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations in Blackline
• Reconcile payroll-related cash transactions
• Process biweekly Canadian payroll for two legal entities
• Reconcile monthly benefits billing statements
