💼 About This Role

You'll transport seniors safely to and from destinations, creating positive connections while performing pre-trip inspections and stocking emergency supplies. This role stands out because you'll make a meaningful impact on participant dignity and comfort in a team-oriented environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Adhere to assigned transport schedule for PACE participants
• Follow traffic and safety regulations while operating vehicles
• Conduct pre-inspections on assigned vehicles before each shift
• Assist participants getting in/out of vehicles and transferring wheelchairs

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (1 year experience may substitute)
• Valid driver's license with at least 5 years of driving history
• No more than 1 moving violation or at-fault accident in last 3 years
• Ability to pass DOJ/FBI background check and DOT physical

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in non-emergency transportation or public transit
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Patient transport or exceptional customer service experience
