💼 About This Role

You'll design and launch Bigblue's new Professional Services program, helping e-commerce brands optimize fulfillment and operations. You'll drive this function from scratch, creating offers, pricing, and delivery frameworks. This role reports to co-CEOs with exposure to sales, product, and ops.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and launch Bigblue's Professional Services program
• Deliver structured consulting advice to merchant brands
• Create and track performance metrics and KPIs
• Generate company knowledge from field experience
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Ops, and Customer teams

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in consulting, professional services, or implementation
• Experience at a high-growth scale-up, logistics, eCom, or SaaS company
• Ability to balance execution, people management, and financial performance
• Fluent in English and ideally French or Spanish
