You'll join the Operations team to handle payments, reconciliations, and card operations. You'll ensure smooth transaction processing and financial data integrity. This role offers 100% remote work from anywhere and a chance to impact a global fintech/crypto bank.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer transaction issues.
• Manage reconciliations of company assets.
• Monitor card authorizations, settlements, and disputes.
• Assist with back-office tasks and process improvements.

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of operations experience in fintech or banking.
• Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in payments, reconciliation, or card disputes.
• Advanced Excel or database skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro.
• Familiarity with Finastra or other core banking platforms.
• Knowledge of Mastercard Connect, VISA Online.
