💼 About This Role

You'll join the Enterprise Integrations team to design and deploy scalable integration solutions for an AI-powered voice platform. Your work will directly shape how businesses adopt AI at scale, combining backend engineering with strategic stakeholder collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement integration solutions using Python, Kafka, Redis, SQL
• Collect requirements and estimate delivery timelines with stakeholders
• Conduct code reviews and maintain code quality
• Monitor integrations post-deployment using Grafana

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of backend development experience
• Proficiency in Python (FastAPI), REST, gRPC, SQL, Apache Kafka, Redis
• Experience designing scalable integration solutions with external partners
• Fluent in English and Russian (B2+)

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools like YouTrack
• Experience with event-driven and asynchronous architectures
