Description

You will lead the implementation process for Slice's products, including Point of Sale, Online Ordering, Phones, and Shop Supplies. You'll manage client onboarding, hardware/software installations, training, and early lifecycle support to help pizzerias adopt and maximize our platform, directly contributing to revenue growth and customer retention.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience selling, implementing, or managing tech solutions for SMBs, ideally in restaurants
  • 1+ years experience in a restaurant role (manager, server, bartender, cashier)
  • Skilled in wiring (Ethernet, power) and cable management
  • Willingness to travel locally and work non-standard hours including nights and weekends
  • High comfort level providing field-based support and training on software, hardware, and networking

Responsibilities

  • Lead new client implementations from kickoff through go-live, managing timelines and deliverables
  • Customize Slice systems including menu setup, pricing rules, hardware integration, and user access
  • Serve as on-site and remote installer and trainer for products like POS, Online Ordering, Phone, and Supplies
  • Provide stellar support to ensure smooth transition and long-term adoption of all products
  • Assist in retention cases and gather feedback to improve product suite
