You'll own medium-sized cross-functional initiatives for Data Operations at an edtech startup improving college access. You'll drive execution, analyze data, and align partners to improve student outcomes and operational efficiency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional initiatives.
• Analyze operational data to identify root causes and insights.
• Align Data, Product, Engineering, and Operations partners.
• Anticipate and resolve risks, blockers, and trade-offs.

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of project/program management experience in operations/data/tech/startup.
• SQL and Python proficiency to manage analysts and technical discussions.
• End-to-end project ownership and accountability for timelines and outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience in education or student lifecycle operations.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools.
