💼 About This Role

You'll support and administer Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and device compliance across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android. You'll work between traditional helpdesk and systems administration, focusing on endpoint management and identity administration. This role offers the chance to grow in a fast-paced fintech environment with Microsoft cloud technologies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support and administer Microsoft Intune across multiple device platforms.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID including user lifecycle and RBAC.
• Assist with Conditional Access policies and MFA controls.
• Troubleshoot Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and Teams Rooms.

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune in production.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Entra ID and Conditional Access.
• Strong Windows 11 troubleshooting skills and macOS knowledge.
• Experience with iOS and Android device enrolment and policy enforcement.

✨ Nice to Have

• PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Experience in a fintech or regulated environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Defender.
