🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain field readiness by supporting robots and ensuring timely response
• Assist in deployment, inspection, cleaning, and placement of robots
• Track and close escalation tickets with clear documentation
• Operate company vehicles to move or recover robotic units
• Manage end-of-shift recovery and sanitization of assets

📋 Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Comfortable driving mid-size utility vehicles
• Capable of lifting and maneuvering items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Jira
• 1 year of experience in last-mile delivery, robotics, or customer-facing industries
• Experience using work communication tools like Slack
