You'll define the risk strategy for regulated financial products at Stripe, partnering with cross-functional teams to enable safe product launches. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define risk standards for regulated products like Issuing, Capital, and Treasury
• Manage approvals of user content related to financial product integrations
• Execute audit programs for Stripe users and identify improvement patterns
• Lead compliance monitoring, remediations, and represent Stripe in audits

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in risk strategy, compliance, or related field with regulated products
• Experience with lending programs and regulations (ECOA, UDAP, SCRA)
• Track record of building compliance program infrastructure for new products
• Experience deploying automation or AI-enabled solutions in compliance

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building compliance programs within fintech companies
• CRCM or equivalent certification
• SQL experience
