Description

You will be a key creative behind Dove's social content, producing authentic, platform-native content that resonates with real people and conversations about beauty and confidence. This role involves concepting, shooting, editing, and delivering content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging formats, always staying culturally relevant and true to the brand's purpose.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of social content creation with a portfolio demonstrating platform-native work that generated audience engagement.
• Technical confidence across the full content creation process: concepting, shooting, editing, and publishing.
• Solid editing skills in Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut, or equivalent.
• Fluency in social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and understanding of what performs and why.
• Experience using Gen AI tools for content creation (ideation, visual references, editing, copy)

Responsibilities

• Concept, shoot, edit, and produce social-first content for Dove across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Stories, and static formats.
• Develop content ideas that translate brand purpose into authentic, platform-native moments that drive engagement.
• Create lo-fi, high-impact content using smartphone, DSLR, and simple production setups, prioritizing authenticity.
• Stay current with social trends, viral formats, and creator culture, flagging opportunities and producing reactive content.
• Edit and adapt content across formats using Premiere Pro, CapCut, and native editing tools to maximize reach.
