You'll assist in managing daily operations at Enclave on Golden Triangle Apartments in Fort Worth. You'll handle rent collection, leasing activities, and vendor management, ensuring a seamless resident experience. This role offers a quarterly bonus structure and up to 3 weeks of PTO in your first year.

• Provide in-person assistance with rent and fee payments
• Coordinate leasing and resident activities
• Manage vendors and maintain resident files
• Prepare legal documents and manage delinquencies

• Basic understanding of accounting practices
• Weekend availability
