  • Identify documentation gaps and recommend improvements
  • Maintain coding accuracy and compliance with regulations

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • CRC (Certified Risk Adjustment Coder) required
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong understanding of ICD-10-CM coding guidelines
  • Knowledge of CMS regulations and risk adjustment models

  • Experience with NLP tools for coding
  • CPC certification
  • Intermediate computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook
