🎯 What You'll Do

• Review clinical documentation and assign ICD-10-CM codes
• Analyze EHR data to identify risk adjustment opportunities

📋 Requirements

• CRC (Certified Risk Adjustment Coder) required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong understanding of ICD-10-CM coding guidelines
• Knowledge of CMS regulations and risk adjustment models
