💼 About This Role

You'll own Lean and CI projects end-to-end at our Almelo plant, coaching teams and turning data into results you can see on the floor. You'll partner with CI teammates across plants to deliver measurable gains in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. This role is 100% onsite.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and deliver CI projects from initiation through sustainment
• Embed Lean routines into daily operations
• Manage multiple improvement projects with clear milestones
• Build business cases including CAPEX proposals
• Own the CI roadmap for Plant Almelo

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in continuous improvement or Lean
• Six Sigma Green Belt (required)
• Strong experience with Lean and data-driven methods
• Fluent in Dutch and English

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP ERP (ECC and/or S/4HANA)
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
