You'll work across the stack to build features and launch experiments that drive growth for the #1 communication app in K-12 education. You'll pair program, deploy daily, and have your work used by millions globally. ClassDojo's network reaches over 95% of US schools, and you'll help scale from 10 to 100m+ active users.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build features and launch growth experiments across the stack.
• Work on production code from day one in pair programming.
• Develop tooling and processes around experimentation.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product teams.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software experience.
• Several years in Growth Engineering or A/B Testing.
• Experience scaling a product from 10 to 100m+ active users.
• Ownership mindset with responsibility and accountability.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with React and/or Node at scale.
• Experience with MongoDB or MySQL.
• DevOps experience, especially on AWS.
