You'll serve as the primary legal resource for strategic partnership contracting, managing all aspects of agreements. You'll negotiate a wide range of contracts and support corporate development initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to impact contracting strategies in a remote environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and drive contracting strategies for strategic partnerships
• Draft, review, and negotiate vendor and partnership agreements
• Advise internal stakeholders on contract interpretation and compliance
• Maintain databases for vendor and partnership contracts

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership
• 8-10 years of legal experience, preferably in-house or law firm
• Complex agreement negotiation skills considering legal and commercial factors
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
