You will own the infrastructure that moves leads through the funnel, converts pipeline, and keeps reporting honest. Drive performance across the full inbound funnel, from lead capture and nurture to Smart Fridge user engagement and retention, while continuously improving marketing systems.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or demand generation
  • Owner mindset: identify gaps and build scalable systems
  • Experience with Salesforce, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, OneSignal, Zapier
  • Strong understanding of full funnel and conversion
  • Data-driven with focus on pipeline and revenue impact

Responsibilities

  • Build and optimize nurture systems to improve lead-to-meeting and SQL conversion
  • Own CRM structure, data integrity, and lead flow across systems
  • Manage external SEO agency performance and deliverables
  • Drive B2C engagement via Klaviyo and OneSignal for Smart Fridge lifecycle retention
  • Use AI to generate and optimize lifecycle content and automate workflows
