You'll design and lead the corporate human capital strategy for a scaling organization, ensuring scalable and legally compliant structures across geographies. You'll act as the primary strategic partner to senior leadership, mentoring HRBPs to align talent processes with business performance. This role stands out for its direct impact on organizational growth across Tech, Admin, Operations, and Product verticals.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Design talent strategies through development and retention plans aligned with business metrics.
- Advise directors and managers on team management and conflict resolution.
- Lead and supervise HRBPs to ensure vertical strategies align with global vision.
- Manage organizational change during tech implementations or restructurings.
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years of HR experience, including HRBP or strategic HR roles.
- Proven experience in organizational design and workforce planning.
- Deep knowledge of Guatemalan labor law and compliance.
- Experience leading cross-functional HR teams in a corporate environment.

- Certification in Change Management or HR Analytics.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
