You'll build Dandy's first AU BDR team from the ground up, generating leads for the dental industry's operating system. You'll own both inbound and outbound sales motions, directly shaping strategy with senior leadership. This role offers hyper-growth experience at a venture-backed startup transforming a $400B industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Be the first contact for dental practice prospects via inbound and outbound channels.
• Generate new business through cold calling, email, and creative outreach.
• Track sales activity using Salesforce and optimize processes.
• Pitch Dandy, handle objections, and move prospects through the funnel.
• Collaborate with Account Executives for seamless handoffs.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2+ years of professional sales experience in a high-growth environment
• Cold calling experience with SMB targets
• Commitment to continuous improvement and learning new sales concepts
• Ability to ramp up quickly and handle ambiguity
