💼 About This Role

You'll own the global collections process for a high-growth SaaS company, working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure timely payments. You'll drive cash flow performance and improve AR operations across the CFO Office.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Communicate directly with customers to resolve payment issues.
• Issue receipts, credit memos, and support billing inquiries.
• Proactively identify and follow up on at-risk accounts.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of collections experience in B2B SaaS companies.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (must).
• Fluent English written and verbal.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with NetSuite and/or Recurly.
• Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, or banking platforms.
