💼 About This Role

You'll manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure timely payment and minimize outstanding balances for a national HVAC services company. You'll be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving disputes and maintaining relationships. This role offers autonomy and the chance to work with a collaborative team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor customer accounts for open balances and aging status.
• Initiate collections outreach via phone and email.
• Initiate and track the lien filing process.
• Prepare and issue lien waivers and maintain records.

📋 Requirements

• Associate's degree and/or 3+ years of experience in collections
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Pivot Tables and Macros
• Familiarity with ticketing/case management systems
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus
