You'll own and build Figma's UK Government pipeline, establishing the segment from an early foundation. You'll create and execute a GTM strategy for Government accounts, navigating complex sales cycles and procurement processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to scale a strategic segment with cross-functional support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and build Figma's Government pipeline and book of business
• Create and execute GTM strategy for Government accounts
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders in Government
• Navigate complex sales cycles including procurement and compliance

📋 Requirements

• Experience selling into Government/Public Sector accounts
• Track record of building new business in greenfield markets
• Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles (6+ months)
• Ability to engage and influence executive-level buyers
