You'll join the After-hours Operations team at a top 3PL logistics company, managing loads and resolving issues outside regular business hours. You'll be the key link between clients, carriers, and Account Managers, ensuring smooth deliveries and stellar service. This temporary position offers growth and impact in a high-energy environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage check calls and resolve issues for sales teams.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers.
• Analyze load progress and troubleshoot driver issues.
• Anticipate challenges like weather or traffic to ensure deliveries.
• Document load fees, updates, and details for accurate billing.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in freight brokerage or logistics preferred.
• Comfortable working late-night, early-morning, and weekend shifts.
