Description

As a Hospice Volunteer, you will provide patient care and support services to individuals and families on their end-of-life journey, working under the guidance of the Volunteer Coordinator and Case Manager or as part of the administrative team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an integral member of the interdisciplinary group in various settings: home care, respite, inpatient, bereavement, or administrative office duties
• Participate in general orientation
• Serve the patient and family/caregiver under the guidance of the Volunteer Coordinator and Case Manager or as part of the administrative team
