💼 About This Role

You'll join a Ukrainian security systems manufacturer to lead new product introduction for SMT assembly. You'll ensure production readiness through DFM analysis and process validation. You'll collaborate with design teams to resolve manufacturing issues and optimize production workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct pre-production PCB verification
• Perform DFM/DFA analysis for product and mechanical design
• Develop layouts and ensure technical documentation compliance
• Implement new processes and optimize existing production workflows

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 1+ year in a similar NPI role
• Experience with SMT equipment and working file preparation
• Knowledge of NPI process and Lean Manufacturing

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Root cause, 6-sigma, Fishbone Diagram methodologies
• Familiarity with ISO and NPS standards
