You'll lead the multi-year vision for the FlashArray//ST ultra-low-latency storage platform, collaborating with Engineering and Sales to capture the Tier-0 database and SaaS market. Your core impact will be defining the strategy and translating customer feedback into product requirements that drive performance and adoption. This role stands out for its focus on the world's most demanding transactional workloads like global payments and high-frequency trading.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and champion multi-year product strategy and roadmap.
• Convert customer feedback into requirements for hardware and software.
• Accelerate market adoption by validating workloads with key customers.
• Orchestrate product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life.

📋 Requirements

• Proven track record owning lifecycle of performance-critical infrastructure (Tier-0 storage, low-latency databases, HPC platforms).
• Deep understanding of NVMe, NVMe-oF, RDMA and storage stack trade-offs.
• Ability to translate demanding workload requirements (Oracle, SAP HANA, Kubernetes) into system SLAs.
• Exceptional communication skills to influence C-level stakeholders using data-driven insights.
