💼 About This Role

You'll lead financial due diligence for complex M&A transactions, serving as a trusted partner to private equity firms and corporate acquirers. Your insights into financial performance and risks will drive informed decision-making on large deals. This role offers exposure to high-volume roll-ups, carve-outs, and sell-side projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions
• Review financial statements under GAAP and other standards
• Develop client deliverables including Excel analyses and PowerPoint presentations
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in audit or financial due diligence, preferably Big 4
• GAAP and financial statement analysis expertise
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• Experience with Quality of Earnings reports
