You'll own end-to-end HubSpot architecture across Marketing and Sales Hubs, acting as the technical authority for CRM data models, integrations, and reporting. Operate within a regulated financial services environment ensuring GDPR, ICO, and FCA compliance. Drive continuous improvement and enablement across teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end HubSpot architecture across Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
• Design and govern CRM data models, objects, properties, lifecycle stages, and pipelines.
• Define and maintain scalable automation, workflows, and reporting frameworks.
• Act as final technical authority for HubSpot design and configuration decisions.
• Design and manage API-based integrations with third-party platforms.

📋 Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
• Proven experience architecting HubSpot in complex or regulated environments.
• Strong CRM data architecture knowledge including objects, properties, pipelines, and lifecycle stages.
• Experience designing scalable automation and reporting.
• Experience with API and integration with external systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• HubSpot Enterprise experience.
• RevOps or CRM architecture background.
• Experience in financial services or other regulated sectors.
