💼 About This Role

You'll support the Store Manager in achieving store objectives, driving sales, and building customer relationships. You'll help recruit, develop, and retain a passionate team while running an operationally sound business. This role combines pop culture passion with community impact through our meal donation program.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative, passionate team.
• Create buzz and customer engagement through product promotion and social media.
• Provide leadership on operations, loss prevention, payroll, and scheduling.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail store management experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to merchandise and handle physical tasks up to 50 lbs.
