💼 About This Role

You'll be the founding member of the Data & Reporting team, building data infrastructure and analytics for a fintech company disrupting retirement. You'll design data pipelines and automate compliance reporting, owning the data warehouse that powers business intelligence and customer communications.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build data pipelines for actionable insights
• Own automation of compliance reporting and regulatory submissions
• Develop customer-facing reporting systems and dashboards
• Maintain data warehouse infrastructure ensuring data quality

📋 Requirements

• Strong experience with data pipeline development and ETL/ELT workflows
• Proficiency with SQL and designing data models for analytics
• Experience with modern data warehouse platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) and dbt
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Hex, Metabase)

• Experience in fintech or early-stage technology companies
• Understanding of financial data, ledgers, and accounting principles
• Experience with Kotlin backends or Temporal
