• Lead sourcing for technical and non-technical roles across the company
• Build high-quality, targeted pipelines through proactive sourcing
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define role requirements
• Write personalized outreach and manage early-stage candidate conversations

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of technical sourcing or talent research
• Experience sourcing across technical and business functions
• Strong research skills to map markets and find hidden talent
• Proven ability to build pipelines from scratch for hard-to-fill roles

• Sourced for crypto, fintech, or technical products
• Experience with senior stakeholders or executive searches
• Comfortable with data and reporting on sourcing metrics
