You'll be the onsite face of Wellist, connecting employees in Boston hospitals with personalized support resources. Your core impact is driving employee enrollment and activation through real-time, in-person conversations. This role is fully onsite across multiple locations, offering a chance to directly improve people's lives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage employees in-person across hospital sites (break rooms, cafeterias, events)
• Guide employees through enrollment process with clarity and empathy
• Build relationships with managers and key influencers to drive referrals
• Deliver presentations that translate into advocacy and organic engagement
