You'll lead hiring strategy across US & LATAM while driving TA Operations excellence at a leading adtech company. You'll combine data, strategy, and business partnership to shape how we attract top talent in competitive markets.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of TA Business Partners across US & LATAM
- Own regional hiring end-to-end while supporting global TA Ops initiatives
- Act as strategic business partner to senior leaders on hiring plans
- Use data and metrics to continuously improve sourcing and outcomes
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience in high-growth global tech
- 3+ years of experience leading Talent Acquisition teams
- Proven experience in TA Operations, systems, and vendor management
- Strong understanding of US LATAM talent markets
