  • Lead and develop a team of TA Business Partners across US & LATAM
  • Own regional hiring end-to-end while supporting global TA Ops initiatives
  • Act as strategic business partner to senior leaders on hiring plans
  • Use data and metrics to continuously improve sourcing and outcomes

  • 8+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience in high-growth global tech
  • 3+ years of experience leading Talent Acquisition teams
  • Proven experience in TA Operations, systems, and vendor management
  • Strong understanding of US LATAM talent markets
