You'll lead a team of therapists in a hybrid outpatient setting and provide clinical supervision for licensed clinicians. Your work will directly improve access to mental healthcare in Washington State.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide clinical supervision to licensed therapists
• Manage a caseload of individual and couples patients
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with Washington State regulations

📋 Requirements

• LMFT, LMHC, LICSW or LCSW in Washington State
• Washington State Approved Clinician Supervisor credential
• Experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations
• Experience with individual and couples therapy
