💼 About This Role

You'll own the productization of Gauntlet's core metrics for internal decision making and external transparency, partnering with Product, Engineering, Data, Finance, and Growth. Your work will directly impact how the company and community measure and trust our vault performance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define core product metrics and reporting roadmap with SLAs.
• Partner with Data Engineering on instrumentation, schemas, and ETL.
• Build dashboards for internal metrics like flows, revenue, TVL.
• Ensure external metric parity with third-party aggregators like DefiLlama.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in Product Management or Data Product roles in fintech or crypto.
• SQL proficiency required.
• Engineering degree or equivalent engineering experience.
• Experience with event design, schema versioning, and ETL change management.

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with DefiLlama or crypto aggregators.
• Prior ownership of a company metrics catalog.
• Experience with BI tools like Hex, Mode, Looker, BigQuery, dbt, Airflow.
