💼 About This Role

You'll assist in providing home health physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in Chatham, Lee, and Northeast Randolph counties. You'll help clients attain or maintain optimal physical well-being through treatment and education, working under a licensed Physical Therapist. This role offers the opportunity to develop skills with training and scholarship opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform home health visits for adult and geriatric patients
• Provide treatment and interventions as delegated by a PT
• Conduct client education on physical well-being
• Complete documentation and reports per visit

📋 Requirements

• Current licensure as a PTA in North Carolina
• Graduation from a two-year college APTA-approved program
• At least one year of work experience under a qualified PT
