🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and track KPIs for the Solution Engineering team.
• Lead day-to-day operations and drive accountability.
• Hire, mentor, and develop team members through coaching.
• Own regional pipeline contribution and deal progression.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of Solution Engineering leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or other public cloud.
• Proven experience leading high-performing pre-sales teams.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics and accountability.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with FinOps and Kubernetes.
• Additional languages such as Spanish.
