• Advise homebuyers through the home financing process
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams for smooth loan manufacturing
• Manage warm lead pipeline to convert into closed business
• Quote rates and guidelines with accuracy and fairness

📋 Requirements

• Residential mortgage lending 2+ years experience
• Active NMLS MLO license
• Knowledge of Desktop Underwriter and Loan Prospector
• Industry knowledge of loan products and pricing strategies
