💼 About This Role

You'll lead cross-functional launch projects for new healthcare solutions, driving customer time-to-value and business time-to-revenue. This role manages multiple SaaS product launches from pilot to commercial availability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and execute multiple solution or service introductions with cross-functional teams
• Define operational goals and monitor launch performance metrics
• Drive efficiency in implementation processes and effort models
• Identify risks and adjust plans to ensure successful organizational readiness

📋 Requirements

• Experience in program management, project management, product management, consulting, corporate strategy, business operations or strategic planning in a SaaS Company
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Care, Business, Management, or 5+ years equivalent experience in project management or EHR systems
• Experience working closely with Professional Services or Customer Support

• Experience in healthcare systems (EHR, EMR, Pharmacy)
• Knowledge of product development processes / PDLC
• PMP Certification
